Our goal for every elopement we document is to combine a little bit of West Virginia’s magic with the freedom of an adventurous wedding day. With nearly every step planned for you, the only thing you’ll have to worry about is soaking in the beauty of our Appalachian hills and forever remembering the day you chose a stress-free wedding day.

Do you really plan everything?
Everything. The only thing you have to worry about is your wedding clothes, rings, and marriage license.
What if we don’t want to hike?
If you’re chasing the scenic views but don’t want to hike, we can absolutely find you a beautiful location that doesn’t require you to break a sweat.
Can we invite family and friends?
Our packages are priced for no guests (elopements are better that way honestly!) However you it’s imperative that someone special be present with you on your elopement day, we allow up to 6 guests for an additional $325 fee.
How do you handle weather challenges?
Embrace them. We are able to work in a variety of environments, but if the weather is too inclement for your comfortability, we can work together to reschedule.
What is a “self-solemnizing ceremony”?
Self-solemnizing isn’t a legal option in West Virginia for your marriage to be recognized. So in order to provide budget-friendly packages and avoid having a third vendor on site, we will guide on you on how to conduct your ceremony yourself (you’ll love it, promise!) Afterwards, one of our team members will say the magic words (by the power vested in me…) and sign your license to make it official.
How do we book you?
Inquire here. If we’re available for your date and location, we’ll set up a super quick video chat where we’ll talk over the details. To officially get on our calendar, we require a signed contract and a 50% retainer to hold your date and begin the planning process.
*We only offer our services on the weekdays. The most scenic, photogenic locations in WV are typically busy on the weekends, and parking can be an issue. Monday-Thursday only is the secret to the most intimate elopement day!
