Dolly Sods | A moody and foggy elopement with two brides from Texas.
Hands down, our favorite thing about our jobs is the people we get to meet. Jess and Hillary inquired with us when we first launched our collective back in 2020. They had never been to West Virginia before and they were up for the adventure in getting married somewhere new. They drove the 20+ hours from Texas to West Virginia and began quite the elopement adventure with a couple of friends in tow.
We spent the foggiest of days running around Dolly Sods. While they didn’t quite get the views they drove in for, these two Harry Potter lovers were stoked about the mood that the fog created. We spent our day in our three favorite spots at the Sods and enjoyed watching Jess and Hillary (and their son) soak in every minute of their sweet West Virginia elopement.
