When I think about this elopement in Joshua Tree, one thing comes to mind: be bold.

Six weeks ago, Haley and Nathan came to us originally wanting to elope in our home state with only one must-have: the date had to be on March 23, their 10-year anniversary. With spring not quite ready to wake up here in Appalachia, we boldly pitched them the idea of going out west where the weather and scenery in March would fair us all much better.
